Delivery Methods
Delivery depends on the destination country and the selected shipping method. If you do not see a suitable option, please contact us for an individual calculation.
Delivery Across Belarus
For orders over 40 Belarusian rubles, delivery across Belarus is free.
For orders under 40 Belarusian rubles, the delivery cost is 5 Belarusian rubles.Delivery To Russia
Delivery in Russia is carried out by SDEK or Russian Post.

Shipping to the United States is temporarily unavailable.Your order is packed in double polyethylene packaging and, if possible by courier companies, additionally in a polypropylene bag and sealed.

Payment By Bank Card
Visa and Mastercard credit cards allow you to make your payment at any time of the day or night, any day of the week, even when banks are closed.
Cards of the local payment system BELKART are also accepted.

Payments can also be made via Apple Pay and Samsung Pay, if these services are available for your card and device.
Cash On Delivery
You can pay for the purchase upon receipt. The post office or courier company additionally charges a fee of no more than 3% of the purchase price.
Bank Transfer
Please note: the approximate time for the money transfer between banks is 3 working days, and a commission fee is charged for the transfer, averaging 3% of the total order cost.

Payment Security
Payments by bank cards are made through JSC “Alfa-Bank”. Card data is entered on a secure bank authorization page and is not stored on this internet resource.
The security of the payment is ensured by modern methods of verification, encryption, and data transmission over secure communication channels.
Card data is entered on a secure bank authorization page. To make a payment, you need to enter your card details: card number, cardholder’s name, expiration date, and the three-digit security code.
The three-digit security code, CVV2 for Visa or CVC2 for Mastercard, is the three digits on the back of the card. If your card supports 3DSecure technology or Internet-password for BELKART cardholders, you will be redirected to the page of the bank that issued the card to enter the security code.
When paying with Apple Pay, select a card from the Wallet app and use your passcode or another authentication method, depending on the method selected in the app. When placing an order using Samsung Pay, click “Pay with Samsung Pay”, enter your Samsung Account, and confirm the purchase on your smartphone via fingerprint, iris, or Samsung Pay PIN.
The personal information you provide, such as name, address, phone, email, bank card number, and other data, is confidential and shall not be disclosed. Card data is transmitted only in encrypted form and is not stored on this internet resource.
Product Returns
Returns and refunds are carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Belarus and the payment method used for the order.
When paying by bank card, cash refunds are not allowed. Calculations with the consumer when returning the money paid for goods, upon the termination of the contract for the performance of work or provision of services, are carried out in the same form in which the payment for the goods, work, or services was made, unless otherwise agreed by the parties.
The return procedure is regulated by the Law of the Republic of Belarus of January 9, 2002, No. 90-Z “On Consumer Rights Protection”.
- The consumer has the right to refuse the goods within 14 fourteen days from the date of its delivery.
- The consumer has the right to unilaterally terminate the contract for the performance of work or provision of services, provided that the contractor is compensated for the actual expenses incurred, unless otherwise provided by law.
- The consumer’s request for the exchange or return of a quality product is granted if the product has not been used, its consumer properties are preserved, and there is proof of purchase from this seller.
- The list of non-food products of proper quality that are not subject to exchange or return is approved by the Government of the Republic of Belarus.
To return funds to a bank card, you must fill out the “Application for the Return of Funds” and send it to info@fabrikasuvenirov.by.
The refund will be made to the bank card within 7 seven calendar days from the date the “Application for the Return of Funds” is received by the company. The refund amount will be equal to the purchase price.
For refunds of transactions made with errors, it is necessary to submit a written statement along with receipts confirming the erroneous charge. This statement must be sent to info@fabrikasuvenirov.by.
