What to know before placing a custom order
A custom order involves developing the concept, selecting colours, the artist’s work and producing the first prototype. The prototype is made for a fee. The cost of the production batch depends on the complexity of the painting and is calculated individually.
Simple adjustments to an existing design — such as adding a logo, using brand colours or making minor changes — usually do not increase the price, or change it only slightly. Portraits and complex artistic commissions are priced separately.

How the price is calculated
A custom design is a separate artistic project. The artist develops the concept, composition, colours and details, adapts the idea to the shape of the product and creates the first prototype. For this reason, the prototype is produced for a fee.
The cost of the production batch depends on the complexity of the painting and is based on the price of comparable products. For multi-piece orders, the development and prototype costs are distributed across the entire batch.
Simple changes to an existing design — such as adding a logo, changing the colour palette or adapting it to a corporate style — usually do not increase the product price, or increase it only slightly. The exact cost depends on the project.
Portrait matryoshkas
Portrait painting is one of the most demanding types of custom work. The goal is not simply to paint a face, but to convey character, recognisability and mood while preserving the artistic style of the piece.
This work requires more time, attention and skill, so portrait commissions are priced individually and cost more than standard painting.
We are happy to discuss a high-quality portrait souvenir. It is important to understand, however, that this is not a mass-produced item but a complete work of art.
How an idea becomes a finished production batch
A custom order follows several clear stages, from the first description of the idea to prototype approval and production.
Idea
You tell us what you would like to create and send any relevant materials: photographs, a logo, preferred colours, examples or a project description.
Assessment
We review the complexity of the painting, the scope of work and the possible timeframe, then provide a preliminary price estimate.
Prototype
When development is required, we create the first product or painting prototype for visual approval.
Production
Once the prototype is approved, we begin producing the required quantity.
The production time depends on the order quantity, the complexity of the painting and the current factory workload.
